Judge Amy Berman Jackson will rule "Summary Judgement" in 90 days:

"Remove FDIC as receiver of UWBK" if the FDIC proper settlement is not coming out !!!

Remove FDIC as receiver: pps will pop up to $2/pps plus.......

Settlement coming out: PPS will be $4----$10/pps......
