I get frustrated myself too, especially with management communication behavior with the shareholders. Today, they changed the voice mail message recording. I think the new CEO did that.
AR going to jail can hold things up a little bit. But it is good for the company overall. It will hold things up for sometime but later it will move much faster.
The company has very good technology with lots of potentials in third world countries and even more developed countries. All countries have problem in getting rid of waste. I can foresee one of the giant companies buying them one day or another.
Steriwave $20M financial support will help the company to move forward, AR not being there will help too. Also, Steriwave being European representative can help them to get more contracts in Europe.
I think RS is good for the authroized and outstanding shares. It will wipe many out, but they can load more or be happy being out. Market makers are waiting for this time to buy. They know people are frustrated and can't feel holding this anymore so they will be buying all the selling at this time. I want to buy at this time too.
I look forward to hearing something aboout their filings too. I wish they are working on getting to be current. It appears to be very hard, they are a year and half behind. It needs lots of work to be current from an audit aspect. I think they can do this by the end of the year, if they have sufficient funds, dedicated capable person to work on the financials and ablility to manage the audit properly.
