My bet is the total scam only involves the crooks and their many, many helpers. NSS excuse is continually used as an excuse in 99.00% of the penny scams by stuck share holders

The market is flooded with SPNG shares both legal and illegal shares dumped by the crooked insiders.

No one in the SEC, DOJ or the BK courts are covering up for the fantasy NSS .. as many are claiming ..
