Management may feel they can get away with things because they monitor this board and see a lot of positive posters and very few negative posters. The negative posters they see tend to post 99.9% negative posts but actually do nothing to attempt to solve the issues they post about. Management probably sees negative posters who supposedly neither sell their stock or mount any type of challenge to management in the way of a protest or lawsuit in spite of the fact they should have the ability to sue since they say they have hundreds of thousands of shares.

If I was management I would keep doing what I am doing since my most boisterous opposition comes from people who will do nothing but post the same negative posts over and over.
