Someday I hope to see PPHM go from $10.55 to $23 like VVUS on an FDA Advisory Panel rec for drug approval. Of course, they have 89 million shares o/s, 54 employees and 70% institutional ownership.

Short interest 16 million. That's going to hurt!

Insiders own almost nothing, and have sold stock in the last year.
