Dividends should not be taxed as regular income because dividends are paid out of already taxed corporate income. If there was a 0% corporate tax then dividends should be taxed as regular income

I'm not arguing that Intel should pay another tax. They've already paid the tax on their income. But if they are going to give you a stipend in the form of a dividend, that isn't money that Intel has earned - it's money that you have earned based on the investment you made, and you are responsible for taxes on it.
