it's not double taxation the moment a second person receives that money.

That's your opinion. I and many others have a different opinion.


Elmer - it's very simple. If I own a restaurant and pay the waitor, does he have to pay taxes on his paycheck?

And if that waitor buys dinner at my restaurant using his paycheck, do I have to pay taxes on the new revenue?

It's the same money, isn't it?
