I think the law suit news is priced in. This drop is too close to the CC for it to be coincidence. Someone knows something (or this being JBI, a bunch know something) and are not catching this falling knife.
Luckily the SEC can't go after inside information people who simply don't buy.

I'd recommend holding off on scratching that itch until you see how bad the news is on Monday.
