I think the first major shot in the arm ---- following offering ----- will be to see it "over subscribed" and have them take advantage of +allotment+ !

That would be a STRONG signal.

Westport has granted the underwriters of the offering an option to purchase an additional 825,000 common shares at the offering price during the period ending 30 days from the date of Westport's final prospectus supplement filed in connection with the offering to cover over-allotments, if any. If the over-allotment option is exercised in full, gross proceeds of the offering will be US$273,556,250.

People are always blaming their circumstances for what they are. I don't believe in circumstances. The people who get on in this world are the people who get up and look for the circumstances they want, and, if they can't find them, make them.
