I would say a double in OS is a problem. Yes your right 30 million is not a big deal but when it was 15 million shares lower 3 months ago that is a issue. Plus looking at their Q they have about 32K in cash on hand down from about 50K in their last Q. I mean no offense but how many OS increases are the shareholders going to put up with before they actually say enough it enough. 6 months from now if you guys are sitting at 50 million OS are people still going to be saying "its not an issue" "Im not worried". Good luck because from the looks of it you guys will need it. You still have a de-listing issue that has not be cleared up from what I am hearing.
