My name is Joseph Canouse and I am the recently appointed CEO of the company and subject of the press release. I have been forwarded your response to our attempt to issue a press release and want to give you some background details as the court hearing we have will not determine who the CEO is because it is not the subject of the action before the court. The court hearing is not about who is CEO or not, and if necessary I will send the filings and counter complaint. The hearing is directly about Jeff’s interference with company business as evidenced by his communications with you and in fact we will use this communication as further evidence in proof at the hearing. Jeff was removed as CEO by the board and subsequently sued for his interference with your company and others. In his response, again which I can provide and is a matter of court record, he acknowledges his dismissal and is now suing the company for wrongful termination and breach of contract of a “verbal” employment agreement with a public company. While we appreciate the position you are in we would ask you to issue the press release. There are other companies who provide your service, but we have had a long relationship with your company and I have referred others and would like to continue the relationship.
