That gives them seven more weeks of the "secret patent application" IF they are poised to change the application to "international"..otherwise it should become public in 3 months 3 weeks. At that time we should see who the attorney of record is for the new patent applications. IF it is NOT DM..then I think that says a lot and ALL BAD IMO.

I had to laugh because a poster on another board thinks it is important that DM is representing the "Encryption" patent application and it appears there are no fees being charged/paid. I am sure that is part of the deal made originally before DM/edig signed their agreement. Also do not forget that edig FORGOT to change their attorney of record for the patents so notices were not received at that time. They were all changed to DM.
