I imagine even if there was a very specific reason, related only to HPGS, as to why the stock pps is rising, HPGS cannot relay that to one person over the phone. A public announcement would need to be made per SEC guidelines.

But again, as I've mentioned over the past 2-3 months with links provided, there are forces outside of HPGS's hands that are converging to create more potential business for a regional oil and gas construction and servicing company like HPGS.

I would also imagine, that the new HPGS C.E.O. brought in during the month of September 2011, has decided he wants to move in a different direction with their Investor relations. With HPGS growing, it certainly makes sense to evaluate their IR structure and go in a different direction with it.
