I guess it wasnt directly to you but I believe I read some posts here sounding like its Solomon who will retire the shares, not the company.

But as you write, it doesnt matter and if they retire it from the company treasury its as nice as is if it was Solomons shares. Actually maybe better since Solomon would not own any shares anymore and might not be so interested in doing the best for shareholders since he could not get any profit from it himself.
