This Court should also consider that Mr. Harris unlike his co-defendants was not successful in profiting from the “pumping” of CSHD stock. Aside from the money Mr. Harris was able to pay himself as salary and for living expenses neither he nor his family were able to dispose of any of their shares. The PSR suggests that in slightly over a year Mr. Harris made $300,000 for his criminal efforts. In total the Defendants made $2,000,000 from bond holders from which they paid themselves salary and covered the expenses to run the company.
