Spoke to T/A last week and O/S (diluted) was at 69M. Therefore, at minimum 4M+ shares have been retired; the balance remaining.

As for the JF numbers, they clearly reflect 67M (diluted), 60M (basic); the 67M reflecting Solomon retiring the 6M+ shares promised.
