Watts Water Technologies, Inc. (Watts) is a global manufacturer of products and systems focused on the control, conservation and quality of water and the comfort and safety of the people using it. Its products are sold to wholesale distributors and dealers, do-it-yourself (DIY) chains and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). The Company operates in North America, Europe and China. Its products include water quality products, water pressure regulators, drainage products, water supply products, temperature and pressure relief valves, thermostatic mixing valves, systems for under-floor radiant applications and hydraulic pump groups and flexible stainless steel connectors. In April 13, 2010, the Company completed the acquisition of Blue Ridge Atlantic Enterprises (BRAE). In June 28, 2010, the Company acquired Austroflex Rohr-Isoliersysteme GmbH. In April 2011, the Company acquired Danfoss Socla S.A.S. In January 2012, the Company acquired tekmar Control Systems.
