well at the moment yes PEIX has less RISK involved because they are currently trading above $1, however if BIOF Q4 earnings are as good if not better than Q3 i would expect to see another nice run. I'll be very surprised to see this get delisted. If they can't get the PPS above $1 before the deadline i would expect a R/S to happen before delisting.IMO
