Depends on the suitor and the phase Attitudes business is in at the time of interest by the buyer. The best case scenario would be nationwide sales started and at least one good earnings Q, then I'd look for $2 to $4 a share. Worse case, we get a offer next month before Phase III really catches on and we could see a .50 to .80 cents a share offer.... All IMO.
Even the posters that are semi negative here, all state this is a great product, they just don't like the Conv. note holders diluting. Well that is all part of the game for a startup business. Without seed money from Conv. note holders, there would not of been a Attitude Drinks Inc.
