PHOENIX, December 29, 2011 ? Barack Obama had many accomplishments in 2011. Like spending a nation to bankruptcy and conducting dozens of crony capitalist deals.

Let’s take a look back at just a few of the President’s accomplishments for the year of 2011.

Increasing the debt by $1.13 trillion: The federal debt has increased by over $1.13 trillion since 2010. In December 2010, the federal debt was $14.03 trillion. As of December 29, 2011, the debt is well over $15.164 trillion. Bonus, the U.S. debt-to-GDP has passed 100%.

The Solyndra scandal: Barack Obama’s pilot into “green stimulus,” was an extravagant display of cronyism at its best. Obama awarded $535 million taxpayer-dollars to a green energy company called Solyndra, in an effort to create “green jobs.” This loan guarantee, however, was a smokescreen designed to benefit a big time Democrat and Obama donor, George Kaiser, who holds the largest stake in Solyndra. The end result was laying-off 1,100 employees, $535 million down the drains, and a congressional investigation.

Credit rating downgrade: For the first time in the history of the United States of America, the federal credit rating of the United States was downgraded from AAA to AA+ by credit rating agency, Standard & Poor’s. This was truly unprecedented.

Sky-high unemployment: Since Barack Obama took office; unemployment has never been below 8.2%. In 2010 the unemployment rate never dropped below 9%, so when this November it fell to 8.6%, it almost seemed that good times had arrived. Thirteen million are still out of work.

Golfing record: Now this is a major accomplishment for the president: This year, he golfed 32 times, topping his two preceding totals of 20 in 2010 and 28 in 2009. Since becoming president, Obama has golfed a total of three months.

President Obama's accomplishments may not be particularly distinguished, but they show the growing disaster that he has brought upon this country. With accomplishments like these and a current approval rating of just 41%, according to Gallup, the eventual Republican nominee will not have a hard time making the case against the president.

2011 was an eventful year for the country and Mr. Obama. As we enter the final year of the Obama disaster, 2012 will only bring more unemployment, more spending and debt, and a president who clearly is no longer in touch with the American people.

The 2012 presidential election is going to be the most grueling in American history, and it has only just begun.
