There is an additional $ 888 M of Broadbill's attorney fees that are not part of the $ 3.2 M in legal fees as stated in the Stipulation. Broadbill has already made an application to the Court and may very well get the reimbursement from Class 12.
So I added the $ 888 M to the $ 3.2 M = $ 4.1 M (approx.)
25 % of $ 190 M = $ 47.5 M
8.77 % of $ 47.5 M = 4.17 M
$ 4, 170,000 divided by 113 M O/S of LTWs = .037 (cents) a share - for a Class 21 recovery
