Bavi already went through phase 1 if they went with PGN632 they may have had to start over at phase 1 with efficacy and safety data and would then have to go through phase 2 before the science could be validated.

A guy was falling from a 50 story building from flor 50 down to floor 2 he could be heard saying "so far ,so good". The story isn't finished till it's over it's not a profit until you sell.
