Good afternoon Mr Mansfield and Mr. Underwood,
I am trying to verify a recent news release from JBI Inc. with regards
to "the signing of a long-term fuel supply agreement with Indigo Energy
Partners, LLC ("Indigo Energy").
Are you at liberty to confirm or deny this agreement and if possible
provide any details of the agreement. I am most interested in the
truthfulness of this announcement followed closely by the time frame of
the first delivery. I have invested a goodly amount of my free cash
flow in to JBI Inc. based entirely on the game changing technology. I
trust you found the technology to be not only viable but profitable as
well by signing this agreement.
Any information you could provide would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Patrick Meucci
