Sorry, but I don't trust anyone who does a 1:20 (1 for 20) reverse split and exempts his own shares from the split! Tells me he's in it for himself quite frankly, and that's all you need to know about ATTD management.

You stated the obvious, take Roy's word for it.
Otherwise, don't company members have to file when they sell shares? Things are finally going right for this company, why would you sell shares now?
