Not Wrong, The DTCC Has Not Chilled or Locked RFMK, Trade for Trade Basis Is A Preventive Measure To Avoid What Happened To Other Stocks With Large Shorting. Some Here Using Scare Tactics To Pick Up RFMK At A Good Discount.
