All the share structure info and percentage of shares owned that I have posted are completely accurate. I have talked with both the T/A and the majority shareholder over the past two days and they both confirmed the same info.

I will be posting more about my conversations soon.

Don't worry. This will all be resolved soon and new officers will be elected soon. Whether the majority shareholders choose to be their own Board of Directors or hire a board is their choice. But however they decide to do it, Marchi will be out, and new officers will be in very soon to complete a R/M.
