Bank Of The Carolinas Corp fka BCAR

Put this on my radar a couple of weeks ago along with a few other small localised bank stocks. Most of them got hammered by Freddie Mac and the big chartered banks collapse.
However I really didn't see much in the latest report to say this would take off any time soon. With the small float of shares available it seems even only small demands are going to really push the numbers. Think thats what we've seen today.
