Re MNTA and WPI.

I agree with you, DEW, it seems to me that if WPI acquired MNTA, all this does is eliminate the potential liability for damages owed to MNTA. But since MNTA licensed its IP to Sandoz in exchange for the various payments due under the collaboration, this would not diminish the damages due to Sandoz. And those could be very large, arguably reduced by the savings caused by the reduced payments Sandoz has to make to MNTA, but still very large.
