The LTWs' recovery is in 3 different Classes.


Class 12 - $ 4.9 M ( after $ 4.1 M in legal fees are deducted from $ 9 M )

Class 18 - $ 10 M - no recovery expected.

Class 21 - 7.88 % of $ 57 M or $ 47.5 M (25 % of $ 190 M )
