I would like to also point out that a S1 can be filed to prove intent . A S1/A (s1 amended ) can be filed as many times as needed when there is a change and can even be backed out on . It would be a nice sign of dedication from the company . Most here are still hopefull but to a new investor it looks like a scam , in the words of Imgoingfishing the o.ly thing we have that is "real and current " is Paycloud deal and its shine is wearing off a little .
