Not sure. I asked the T/A, and when I read the float from the OTC website he said "that sounds about right" but he wasn't in front of a computer to confirm it.

He is clearly NOT gagged like some were insinuating the other day. He simply didn't just want to tell anyone the share structure, but once he knew how much info I already had he told me that it had remained unchanged, while still not giving me the exact number. So what is posted on OTC site and what is in the iBox posted by Joby is the latest SS. Marchi must not have had the proper clearances to get the float or something. I don't know why he'd leave it as "unknown" on that filing back in January.
