Spoke with AIMH's T/A...(Very important -READ)

Spoke on the phone with Mr. Whitney Lund, AIMH's T/A for about 30 minutes yesterday afternoon. The veil of secrecy is being lifted, and we have now more information than ever before...

I have broken them up into different points. Read carefully...

1. First of all, the current share structure and transfer agent remain the same. Though the float might be dated 09/15/2010 (per the OTC website), it has NOT changed, and neither will the T/A be changing. So since the float is still around 6.5 Million shares, this confirms that there must be large short postions that will have to covered when AIMH goes up. He also confirmed that there have been no new share issuances, so no dilution is going on or anything like that.

2. Michael Morey has resigned as officer and President of AIMH. Through the NVSOS he has replaced himself with Elmer Glenn Marchi. This change does not require shareholder approval since he as the previous President made the decision. But shaerholders can reject Marchi and oust him.

3. According to his records, neither Morey nor Marchi own any shares in their names, so hence they have NO share voting power. But Mr. Marchi is considered the authorized person to give me permission to get the share structure, since Mr. Lund bases that on the current officer listed on the NVSOS. Just like Joby was able to get the SS when Morey allowed him to, when Morey was President of AIMH.

4. Since 1/06/12, when Mr. Marchi's name appeared on the NVSOS site, Marchi has made no effort to contact Mr. Lund, though he says that he should have since he is the new officer and T/A should know that, instead of checking the NVSOS website himself.

5. Mr. Lund agrees with the theory that Mr. Marchi is acting as Russ Kidder's puppet. Russ Kidder is the only one from the "Marchi camp" who has had correspondence (through email) with Mr. Lund who only asked for a copy of the change of officers filing, but they have not said anything about their business plan.

6. With the current share structure a R/S is completely unnecessary. And if Mr. Marchi and his associates even try to do a R/S without majority shareholder approval, they will be in major trouble with FINRA, and the SEC as well. And as of right now they have not even contacted Mr. Barton (majority shareholder) once, to try to even gain any kind of shareholder approval, probably because they know they wouldn't get it.

7. Regarding the latest Series "A" and "B" Convertible Preferred Stock. Mr. Lund told me that that does not indicate diluting, like some have on the board have said, but that those two series of stocks have always been there in AIMH since 1999. It hasn't been till just recently that the NVSOS has begun to require that companies make that designation public on the NVSOS site. So hence, that is why it was posted just a few days ago.

8. Regarding the majority shareholders themselves. Mr. Bruce Barton holds about 31 million restricted shares. Some are his own shares, and the rest of those shares used to be Peter Berney's, but after going to jail they were given to Mr. Barton. He is the Power of Attorney for Peter Berney and has full control over those shares, and has the right to use all of the shares I just listed for shareholder voting.

9. James Coleman also has a large amount of shares. Him together with Mr. Barton own about 60% of the total outstanding shares, and again all those shares can be used as shares for voting.

10. As far as Morey goes, though he may not like us ousting the guy he put in charge, he hasn't done anything wrong (yet). While he was allowed to let Mr. Marchi take over as President of AIMH for him, without breaching his contract, he has resigned and now has no power or say at all in decision making, so we might as well forget about him.

11. Mr. Lund explained to me the proper actions that need to take place to get rid of Marchi, and I will be going over those with Joby and others. We will get to the bottom of this, and at this time I can assure everyone that there will be NO REVERSE-SPLIT. There is no way that it could ever take place.

Now it will involve more waiting but we have a much clearer picture as to how to move forward and we will be working hard to get Marchi out of here. Marchi and his associates, we know will not go down without a fight, but we clearly have the upper hand here.

Hopefully this clears up a lot of the speculation.

Feel free to ask me if you have nay further questions that I may be able to answer.

Enjoy your day everyone.
