Hweb, re DWVS.ob. ITDD holds nearly 60% of all outstanding shares per the schedule in the proxy statement for DWVS.

What's interesting is that at the current bid of 0.21, that would value ITDD's holdings at 32.4MM x 0.21 = 6.8MM

The current market cap for ITDD is 2.7MM

No volume in the stock, and the bid:ask spread is ridiculous....0.35 x 1.00.

Too bad, because that would be an interesting arbitrage play on DWVS. ITDD.ob really holds the cards here....what happens if they want to sell a chunk of their position?
