(OTC: HPGS, "the Company") announced it has completed an initial round of funding of approximately $1.12 million from institutional investor Ironridge Global Energy, in exchange for unregistered shares of Company common stock. The Company expects to continue working with Ironridge Global to raise up to $3.5 million in additional funding
