with a gagged TA, where's your proof of DILUTION?

Since The TA is GAGGED, how can u say its NOT? Thats the "problem" with a GAGGED TA. The company knows the lagging 2011 financials are going to look horrendous....do you think for one second they wouldnt offload as many shares as they could after the stock went from .001 to almost 2 cents? BEFORE they release the "bad news"? Betcha the merger aint done on time, if at all.....

Now they see the price getting crushed......its dump time.

Just like an investor, who wants to keep watching the price go down daily when you have a boatload to unload
