I hate to say I told you so but maybe you and everybody else who dislikes what I say about the Company and Its's MGMT is starting to get the message that this company is run worse than a concession stand at a high school football game. They move onto "something else" before completeing what the heck they are supposed to be doing, and really the only thing that is important to shareholders.

i KNEW Ronnie would give you the run-a-round, thats why I dont waste my breath on those idiots......

Response back that doesn't change anything for me really but GCRC is correct.

"We are working on a plan to get our June 30, 2011 filing done first. This is the 10-k. That "should" take approx 6 weeks. Then the next two Q's will be planned and will go much faster"

the above is the company's response to the following;

NOPE.....WRONG The 10-Q that is expected(the one that is 6 months overdue) will NOT have anything in it regarding events that occurred after (approx) SEPT (when it was actually due). At that time the company was basically insolvent and had not had TV commercials, or any advertising running AT ALL since approx spring 2011.

The are 6 months lagging in filings, so if they hold true to form they will not file the financials due in March which would include revenues from Sept-March. Investors may not get that filing until SEPT....this is the problem with DELINQUENT FINANCIALS I stress so loudly...If we get the financials it will be for the March 2011-SEPT 2011 period. Why do you think the stock is selling off....(ahem)
