Remember that these guys took US Silver from the penny's to over $1.00. They don't need to bang on doors, the money is banging on their door. My guess is that they have 100's of millions of suspect investors behind them just waiting for them to put together the right deals.

Compare the quality of their two acquisition to all the scammy BS deals and you find a huge difference in the quality and proven quantity of the resources. This is not exploratory property they are picking up. Only solid proven resources with short term production horizon.
