the balance sheets and free cash flows, and such and requires more

in depth analysis.

Pipeline for growth, PE vs Earnings and Revenue Growth, etc.

The amount of debt, the health of the accounting etc. Price to

book value, and if book value is too low look purely at sales

growth & margins. With the thinking that if they dont have the

assets now they can get them eventually with the growth of their

company offerings in sales revenue.
