you are just cherry picking one part of welfare spending. Look at the trend from 2010 to 2012, which reflect obama's influence. (2009 and the spiking trend were bush legacy) and tell me it is not declining. And then consider that the population is growing, and so per capita decline is even greater than reflected here. And as to your other question, i am entering into a partnership that is 100% american produced. Can you say the same? Or do you sell foreign made crap?
