The Election Form is pretty clear that if you do not opt in and grant releases by February 29, 2012 you will not be eligible for a distribution.


There is nothing in the Election Form that indicates you have up to a year to provide releases.


This question can probably be verified by phoning the Debtors' Voting Agent at: 888 - 830 - 4644.
