WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THIS STOCK?

I am new, and I keep hearing about it in Tim Sykes chatroom, but no one knows what the hell if its a scam or what...

I keep wanting to buy but its moving too fast... Is it too high to enter now... I dont want to miss this if its going to move to $1
