Medisafe is currently in talks with several financial intuitions to provide funding for the Repurchase Program.

So they are trying to finance the buyback, but they could also cancel it whenever they want.

Lets see what they could do, have to give it time right? We can't just assume they aren't going to do what they say based off what we see happen in trading.
