Hi 567, If the environmental burden - not just a permit to operate but actually fixing the problems - was paid for, CGFIA's SEC filings would say so. And I see no SEC or news release about having any customers yet; where do you get this idea?

The latest 10K report says the mortgage stops July 1, 2012 due and payable in full to the former owner. When a mortgage isn't paid as agreed the former owner might foreclose and take the property back.
