Still fixing up houses in da hood down here in south Florida. Collected 46 of these crack dens and rent them out. Mostly section 8 and Spanish. (the are great payers). As for trading always around .. And checking hur scans thanks for the great choices. I bought mvis the other day in the 47 area. And sold. Holding a boatload of fnma. In there in the low 20's. And bought alsk. Still holding. Bought DYN at the end today. Hope I want them. Great job on new board. Gonna see if ENER bottoms tomorrow for a quick flip I hope. Be good
