No doubt!!! I have saved your link...

Last year, we tried to put a 1200 ft tall windmill in...A 30% federal tax credit, and a 38% grant from Ohio...Our neighbor gave us a lifetime easement in case it would fall into his farmland, but the county would still not give us a zoning variance...No state grants now...We are still looking into both wind and solar...
