Tony and Thomas are 'connected at the hip' as they say. So, why is Tony in hiding if he did no wrong? He is the majority shareholder in ENTI. What is he afraid of? Certainly not the SEC if he has done this at least 3 times. And how can anyone have any confidence in ENTI until Tony makes things 'right'?????
