If that in fact is the case than dont stand by as it appears you have information and specific @ that.If so then such info should be shared as it should be disclosed publically.If not a fact than it may be irresponsible for such accusations.Also if folks on this board are aware of it why is not management aware?If management is aware than why have they not put out a statement regarding them exploring the voracity of these accusations/assumptions as it affects all shareholders.How one responds ...ballistic or professionally is another discussion and implying that it is justifiable behavior only goes to inflame the situation.Nevertheless there are alot of chefs in this restaurant and also opinions.We need wise informed counsel from the company not opinions as we know we all have them.I hope this helps frame the issue a bit better.
