You could be right. Might be a gift, but it always concerns me when a filing is late and it is blamed on the auditors. Aren't they getting paid by Fuse? Didn't they know what they would need to prepare this? (The auditors)Personally, I would impose some kind of penalty on the firm for a late report. But that's just me.
