simple cause the volume brings in a lot of people who would like to take their profits and the people that hired the promoter would like to cover their cost for spending the cash,so you have profit takers fighting vert ( the finance group,than the insiders) for the same sale...

and biggest problem is cause percentage is so high you have anyone buying it having a shorter trigger finger on holding it cause it was only a penny yesterday..
