I believe this was a few days ago if you look at the dates....

We are presently getting our number for the quarter prepared so that we file
in a timely manner. I don't think an announcement regarding a deal with
McAfee is a piece of "fluff" since it is material and important. It is
impossible to integrate Rebel's financials in mid-year due to cost so it
will be consolidated at year-end. The new COO's role is to build the cloud
computing business since that is his area of expertise. His programmers have
also taken over the task of developing all the new apps. I don't make
recommendations regarding the buying and selling of shares, but I will tell
you I have never sold any of my personal shares. My opinion is that there
are many exciting things happening which will come to light in the not too
distant future.

Sorry for having taken so long to reply but we have been pretty busy with
the Rebel venture.

Please respond this time. Your silence is getting old.

Ernest,

What are the plans for February before we see financials in march. Do you
intend to keep releasing fluff pr's that drive the price per share down even
lower than it is now at .0004. Will rebels revenues (or liabilities) be on
this quarters financials? When are you going to release news on an app or
is that a pr fluff of the past? Do you plan on our new coo giving any
information on what his role is, or was that just a reverse boost move that
failed. Thanks for answering these questions in a timely manner. Oh I do
have one more question, would you recommend me selling all my shares at
.0004 an taking the money to the craps table in Vegas? I mean, it seems I
have better odds at making a profit on the tables than I do with this
company. Thanks for your insight.
